About Us

Our Legacy! It’s about being able to help others be the best that they can be.

Whether that’s working with one individual or the entire organization, it is our pleasure to help others discover what they can do for themselves to be the best they can be.  Empowered and achieving individuals make for a successful company, and your success is what matters to us!Future together

TalentC™ – People Services Inc., a vision inspired by voices of our youth – our future leaders of tomorrow. Their message was loud and clear – they are our future leaders of tomorrow and they want to lead. Challenge us, encourage us, trust us, and give us a chance to make a difference. Give us some guidance to assist us on our journey.  It was from this collective voice that the TalentC™ vision began its journey.
Mentorship is about a balance between personal and professional growth, and we believe that enhancing both creates more successful and happy employees.

We’re not about telling you what to do. We’re about asking the right questions.

The power in finding your own answer, using your own critical thinking skills, builds confidence and knowledge that carries over into other problem situations.

Suceed Together There’s a famous story: give a man a fish, you feed him today, teach a man to fish, and you feed him for life.  We ask the right questions, so that you can take your personal and professional growth to the next level!

Sometimes you need someone to challenge you a little more, so you can achieve more. Seeing the professional growth of our clients is what it is all about!

Let’s meet the founder of TalentC™ who has charted the course for a very exciting journey!

He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Saskatchewan Association of Human Resource Professionals.

Doug has also been actively involved in mentoring University students through the programs at the University of Saskatchewan and the University of Regina.

Doug was responsible for the research and implementation of a mentor program for the Saskatchewan Association of Human Resource Professionals. This program, in its first year of operation, had a total of 51 matches (mentor – mentee) resulting in 102 personnel being involved in the program.
